| Snow, Stood Up & The Film Festival |

Right... So... As most of you on my friends list probably know... It snowed. ALOT. They actually closed the library I work at all day Saturday (YAY, I get paid and didn't actual have to work, score!)
So... onto the Stood Up bit... So I have known this guy since like kindergarten. We weren't like friends or anything, and he switched schools when we were still in elementary school, but I would run into him from time to time (and I am pretty sure.. all though it was so long ago that I cant really remember... I think I may have made out with him in middle school). Well... anyways... I ran into him at work (at the library) in July and he offered me a ride home. We ended up going for a hike and then drinks and whatever. And then back to my place to make-out (which totally wasn't my idea!) So then I was going to see him again, but I pulled my back out that morning, and then I went on vacation, and when I got back I tried calling him, but his brother never gave him the messages I guess. Whatever I wasn't that interested anyways. He isn't really my type (although he is in Grad school or whatever trying to become a Lawyer, which I guess makes him at least sort of my type). So anyways... 7 months go by (me still working at the library) and I don't see or hear from him. Then out of no where last week he comes into the library to print out a school paper, and starts having a go at me for blowing him off. WTF? We were playing phone tag, and I tagged last, so if anything he blew me off. So... somehow he talks me into going out with him again this past Friday. We exchange numbers again (he got a new phone) and then like a day or two later he calls to confirm Friday is still good. So he was supposed to call Friday when he was free.... Friday, Saturday, and now Sunday have come and gone, and he still hasn't called. The worst part is... I really don't care! Which only makes my mom suspicious, since she wonders why I am not more upset that "such a nice boy" would blow me off. So now I guess I'll see him again in another 7 months and see what happens. Whatever!
Ok, so.... I am ECSTATIC! Tomorrow & Tuesday I am spending all day in Cleveland at the International Film Festival. Last year I saw 15 films including "Itty Bitty Titty Committee" which had a Q & A afterwords with Jamie Babbit. I sat in the second row with my sister for that part. She must have thought we were like HUGE fans, since everyone else was so far back. LOL
This year I sadly am missing all the films with Q & A, cause my sister has class in Columbus. The loser! LOL. She is blowing off 2 days of school but cant afford to miss anymore. I am so glad I don't have school anymore. I somehow ended up with only have 12 hours of work this week. 4 Weds night, and 8 Friday. So... Hopefully I will get to see alot of films (assuming I don't go bankrupt, 12 bucks a film is ridiculous!). Will post again after the festival to talk about how great, or lame the films were. Last year they showed "The Treatment" so at least the festival has a little Steph Love!
Oh, and P.s. WTF? Everyone has been talking about being upset "South Of Nowhere" is canceled. I of course had never heard of South Of Nowhere. What can I say I lead a VERY sheltered life! And I dont get "The N", so its not my fault. Plus I hate teen dramas and pretty much anything not Law & Order related. LOL. So... of course I had to download and see what all the fuss was about. Now I am addicted. Its bad. And Ashley is so so so adorable. And Mandy Musgrave was so wearing Cabot glasses at some event. Thats like cheating! Nothing sexier than a girl in hot glasses!
